Meet Casey
Founder, Clear Path Strategy
I started Clear Path Strategy because I kept seeing the same thing: small business owners sitting on more useful data than they realized, with no time or tools to make sense of it. My job is to fix that, without the jargon, without the overwhelm, and without pretending you need an enterprise budget to get enterprise-grade insight.
I hold a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Gonzaga University, with coursework in predictive analytics, machine learning, and statistics, all of it applied directly to real client work, not just theory. Before that, a B.B.A. in Marketing and Supply Chain Management, also from Gonzaga.
Clear Path Strategy launched in June 2026, built around one idea: the tools that let big companies understand their data and automate their busywork shouldn't be out of reach for everyone else.
Real Results for Real Businesses
The Gallagher Foundation, an international scholarship nonprofit, had never analyzed its own admissions data before. I built their first structured reporting process and I'm currently developing a machine learning model to automate first-round application screening, projected to cut per-applicant review time from 5 minutes to 2, saving an estimated 40 hours of manual work every cycle.
The Storytelling Coach, a Spokane-based coaching business, didn't realize how much customer data it was already collecting. I built their first customer analytics reporting and a custom email tool using AI to help the owner stay organized as the business grows.
Security & Data Governance
Every AI tool we use is vetted and certified before it touches client work. Personal information is removed before any data enters an AI tool, with one narrow exception for public directory data at your written consent. Your data stays in one secure, isolated environment and follows a clear retention schedule. If something ever goes wrong, we tell you what happened and what we're doing about it, fast.
