Consistent, fair application review for scholarship, grant, and fellowship programs. We review your past decisions for reviewer consistency and bias, calibrate scores to your mission, and deliver them to your reviewers each cycle. Your team makes every final decision. For programs with 50 or more awards a year: $7,500, then $3,500/year. For programs with fewer than 50 awards a year: $5,000, then $2,500/year. The first price includes the build, your first cycle (up to 1,000 applications), and four meetings. The annual renewal covers each new cycle, a bias recheck, and model updates. Additional cycles are $1,000 each. Plus applicable sales tax.

We review your spreadsheets, records, and reports, clean up what's messy, and set up a simple system your team can keep using. You get a short written summary of what we found and what we changed. If you'd like ongoing help, the fee is credited toward your first month of Data Handyman. Plus applicable sales tax.
